Our menus are carefully prepared by the experienced award winning Chefs and the resident Hotel Director. Inspired by a love of modern British food, the menus are built with a unique variety using the best quality produce & ingredients , much of which is locally sourced.

Our personal commitment to service allows us to cater for all dietary requirements in our brand new state of the art kitchen. Menus are enriched periodically by introducing new dishes that compliment the wonderful New Forest seasons.
